You can definitely buy organic wet wipes in South Africa. My personal favourite brand is Pure Beginnings and it is available in most supermarkets and pharmacies.

There is a great website in South Africa called faithful to nature. You could even order what you want online and have it delivered to your accommodation (just make sure it is ok with your accommodation/ host)
