Read moreThe walk to the 27th tee takes one through an ecological area that is a riot of colour at certain times of the year. Look out for sunbirds. Definite risk and reward Par 5 with a generously wide Fairway to the advantage of the long hitter. The lateral hazards left and right and the divided Fairway make calculated tactical decisions necessary. The two-tier, well bunkered Green makes a great finish to a splendid golf hole.

Hemel-en-Aarde Valley has received many awards for their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from around the world. Here you can experience some of the most exciting wines that South Africa has to offer. Visiting vineyards in Hermanus is a must if you are a wine lover.

Transport
We recommend to hire a car at Cape Town International Airport and drive over the beautiful Sir Lowry’s mountain pass or the coastal route. Although this is a slightly longer and more winding route, the scenery is breathtaking, giving drivers uninterrupted views of the ocean.
